 Existing home electrical distribution system.Edison created the first electrical distribution system shown here. There is a circut breaker box to which appliances, outlets and lights are connected. There is only one on/off outlet now - the GFCI. You have to turn it back on manually, and it requires special wiring. |

U1 will be an on/off switch for all electrical outlets. U1 turns on/off automatically. No special wiring or mounting of wall sockets is required. In Step 2 all U1 outlets will be networked. In Step 3 U1's will be places on each outlet, light and appliance and they will communicate wia a broad range network. |
