In summary, these disturbances create reliability of critical output to equipment of 20 hours between disturbances.

Our 7x24 Reliable Power Service^sm uses utility power and regenerates it via an On-Line UPS with critical electrical output having reliability of 1,000,000 hours, which is a 50,000 times improvement over the utility.

To achieve such an outstanding result, we own all equipments, test and do preventive maintenance, check and replace batteries, repair or replace worn out parts or complete units.

You do not need to oversize and overpay for the UPS, as we will charge only for actual usage on kWh basis, just like you are currently paying to your electric utility company.

We supply the UPS and maintain it. You pay only for the power
that you use.

The basic terms of our 7x24 Reliable Power Service^sm include:

• Rate of 19.5¢ / kWh

• Power factor and power demand surcharges in line with electric utility billing practices
