RECOGNITION:
Dr. Severinsky had taken a post-doctoral course at the University of Kharkov (Kharkov, Ukraine) in the THEORY of INVENTIONS. He also was teaching this course in 1977 in Kharkov under sponsorship of the Engineering Society. The introduction to this course is outlined in the pioneering work of G. S. Altshuller, "ALGORITHM of INVENTIVE PROCESS", published in Moscow by "Moscow’s Worker", 1973.
